Brinton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, of Glen Mills, PA is seeking to hire compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!
We are looking for experienced RNs to build our Pool Staff so we may provide support to our full time and part time staff

Pool Requirements:
2 days/month, 1 must be a weekend day
1 winter and 1 summer holiday

The most successful candidate for this position:
- Has at least 1 year of RN experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
- Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
- Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
- Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
- Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members
The RN responsibilities & duties:
- In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
- Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
- Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
- Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents

The Qualifications:
- Must possess a Registered Nursing (RN) license in Pennsylvania upon hire
- Valid CPR training
- Ability to perform physical tasks required of skilled nursing
