- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am - 6:15 pm
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Verification of health insurance coverage
Requirements:
- Proficient in data entry and transcribing information accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of medical receptionist procedures is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
