Location: Cache CountyJob Type: Full-Time Pay: 25 /hr depending on skill level
About Us: We are a premier custom home builder dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in every detail. Our team takes pride in creating beautiful, high-end homes, and we are looking for a skilled Master Craftsman to join us.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented craftsman with expertise in finish trim work, hanging doors, and cabinet installation. Candidates with additional skills in tile and stone installation will receive a higher hourly wage.
Responsibilities:
- Install high-end finish trim, including baseboards, crown molding, and custom millwork.
- Hang interior and exterior doors with precision
- Install laminate, LVP and hardwood flooring
- Install cabinets to exact specifications.
- (Preferred) Lay tile and stonework for floors, showers, and backsplashes.
- Work with project managers to ensure superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Help with odds and ends projects on custom homes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finish carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work.
- Experience in tile/stone installation is a plus (higher hourly wage available).
