Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for making spaces feel like home? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Housing Maintenance Technician to be a key part of our team.
As a Housing Maintenance Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to various communities, taking ownership of maintenance tasks that ensure safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction. Whether it’s repairing, renovating, or inspections you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality living spaces for residents. Your work will directly impact the well-being of those in the communities you serve, making it both a rewarding and essential role.
What you’ll do
Community Maintenance
- Performs interior and exterior repair, general maintenance, and remodeling of buildings and rooms.
- Completes cleaning tasks, inspection, and final walk through of turned-over and renovated rooms to ensure they are clean and completely ready for move-ins.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of community building, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
