We invite you to apply to work at our Waterford Place campus today! This opportunity is Full-Time (40 hrs/week) on 1st Shift. The shift time varies but is an 8-hour shift usually between normal business hours. The schedule for this position requires working Monday-Friday and there is an on-call weekend rotation required of every 5 weeks.
How you will make an impact as a Maintenance Team Member:
- Provide highly diversified duties related to installing and maintaining facility equipment, building structures, and grounds.
- Fulfills service requests in a timely fashion.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Provide great customer service.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
