Overview
The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and reassess participants referred by the Interdisciplinary Team, providing specialized therapy services to improve participants' functional abilities. Working under the direct and indirect supervision of the Restorative and Recreation Therapy Supervisor, the OT is expected to independently apply advanced Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills in patient care. The therapist will deliver services both in the day center and in participants' homes, as needed, tailoring therapy interventions to meet individual needs and goals. This role is focused on promoting independence, enhancing daily living skills, and maximizing overall participant well-being.
