BrioHealth Solutions Inc., Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a hands-on individual to help build and scale our material control and shipping/receiving functions.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound product from parcel and freight carriers
- Manage relationships with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to optimize logistics performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, including handling of sensitive medical equipment
- Handle customs documentation and import/export processes, ensuring adherence to medical device standards.
- Review packing lists for accuracy and receive into our ERP and manual systems as required
- Deliver packages to the appropriate locations within our facility once received
- Work closely with procurement to resolve discrepant or damaged deliveries
- Ensure a clean and organized stockroom and receiving area
- Support the movement of materials from controlled inventory as needed
- Collaborate with Customer Service to accurately process outbound customer shipments
- Establish finished goods and raw material control by creating and following inventory management procedures
- Lead the cycle count and physical inventory processes
- Drive continuous improvement within the stockroom to ensure organization and best use of space
- 5 years previous experience in a logistics or inventory management function, preferably in a regulated medical device environment
- Strong communication, continuous improvement, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous ERP and CRM experience, preferably SAP/Concur and Salesforce is helpful, but not required
- Perform other duties as directed by leadership
