Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our non-cannabis warehouse and related equipment.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our storage facilities, supply production with required materials, managing inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and securing goods
- Assists in the recruitment, hiring, training, and terminating processes as needed
- Leads, trains, and motivates warehouse staff to achieve productivity and efficiency targets
- Oversees the coordination of full truckload (FTL), less than truckload (LTL), and courier service shipments, ensuring optimal logistics
- Supervises and coordinates the work of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, equipment, and products
- Establishes and rigorously enforces safety standards and procedures to mitigate risks in the warehouse as well as all other areas of the operation
