Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in operations management and program leadership roles; preferable in medical device manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of business processes, including finance, supply chain, and customer service
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and driving operational improvements
- Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Willing to travel 10% - 20%, including domestic and international depending on needs.
