Job DescriptionBRIONI Stock & Operations Specialist Your Opportunity We are currently seeking a Stock & Operations Specialist who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Houston. You will be in charge of organizing and maintaining the stock in order to maximize process efficiency to ensure the best customer service in the store. How You Will Contribute Responsible for all aspects of inventory control including, receiving from the warehouse, stores, and insuring accuracy of products received and reporting any discrepanciesMonitor of all shipping and receiving procedures including inter-store transfers, consignments, charges sends, consolidations and paperwork distributionOversight of store use protocols including clothing allowances, gifts, press pulls, stock adjustments, negative on hands, and known lossesManagement of damagesControlling shortage through inventory managementKeeping the back of house in a tidy manner compliant with Retail Operations and StandardsMaintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store PoliciesSupply orderingWho You Are Experience in a similar operational position in a luxury brandAvailability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday seasonA sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit, able to proactively offer new ideas and perspectivesA proactive individual who can prioritize and react in a fast-paced environmentAlways practices attention to detail, carefully and thoughtfully executes all projects and initiativesProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of high-end fashion fieldKnowledge of men's formalwear a plusExceptional listening and communication skillsSelf-development attitude and a team-player who can collaborate with othersAble to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periodsFluent in EnglishWhy Work With Us?
