The junior position of Institutional Client Service Intern will be an integral member of the Alaska Investment Management team. With a lot of room for growth, this employment opportunity will be a chance to learn about corporate communications, public relations, sales process and working on Wall Street. This Internship will last between six and eight weeks from May to July. The position is Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities
· Communication: Support internal and external communications by preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
· Sales & Client Support: Provide administrative backup for sales initiatives, including compiling reports and assisting with client-related tasks pipeline research focuses on identifying potential leads or clients, analyzing market trends, and tracking prospects through the sales funnel.
· Coordination: Collaborate with Directors of Sales and Marketing to support the AIM team in business operations and streamline administrative processes.
· Administrative Support: Assist in organizing meeting notes, reports, and client records.
· Data Management: Help track, monitor, and manage data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
