Cost Engineer

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC is looking for a Cost Engineer to provide on-site Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS). This role supports the Engineering and Design Division (D4) of the Design and Construction Business Line (DCBL) at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities Include :

• Provide independent and professional cost engineering support for planning, design, construction, and maintenance of facilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering / architectural disciplines to ensure coordination and integration with project requirements.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, designing, and construction of new construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
• Utilize knowledge of engineering and architecture to evaluate cost estimates and contract change orders.
