Essential Functions and Key Tasks:.
Responsible for overseeing a team of housekeepers 2-3 team members, ensuring the proper cleaning and maintenance of all surfaces within the facility, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and spot cleaning, by assigning tasks, monitoring quality and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleaning standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate team
- Ensure that floors are clean and meet infection control standards
- Ensure that cleaning standards are met
- Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed
- Operate floor cleaning machines, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
- Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed
