About the Job
This is a challenging and meaningful role that requires clinical leadership and expertise in cell therapy medical operations and product science. The Associate Director, WW Cell Therapy Medical Operations and Product Science will report to the Executive Director CT Medical Franchise and will be responsible for representing WW CT Medical as a therapeutic area expert in cell therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical/scientific leadership and support for approved CAR T products and cell therapy compounds in various stages of clinical development.
- Oversee the management of nonconforming CAR T products, including taking the role as the clinical trial physician as indicated.
- Provide clinical expertise and support for CART registries.
- Support affiliate CAR T Medical teams by providing training on site onboarding activities, including training in collaboration with scientific directors and disease leads.
- Ensure launch readiness for nonconforming product management in new launch countries.
Requirements
- MD or PhD with clinical, research, and/or industry experience in cellular therapy and hematatology/ oncology.
- A minimum of 5-7 years academic/industry experience.
- Expertise in cellular therapy/hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and/or hematological malignancies.
