Bristol sells to retailers, food service, and seafood wholesalers that typically buy $100k of our core products and handle their own distribution to store/restaurant level. Foodservice and mid-sized distributor serviced retailers are the primary target for this role. Our target customer values quality, integrity, and storied products that emphasize sustainability and responsibility. Bristol Seafood is unique because we provide consistent quality, we partner for growth and produce seafood our customers can trust.
Core products are premium scallops, Atlantic haddock, Alaska cod, cold water and farmed shrimp, Atlantic salmon, and various retail and value add products. A marquis product line for Bristol called My Fish Dish is a ready-to-cook retail skin pack product in a variety of proteins/flavors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of premium seafood, managing a team, and improving customer experience from onboarding through the customer life cycle. In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for current customer growth, retention, and managing the Customer Success team.
- Responsible for attaining monthly sales quota on existing business
- Develop and implement a customer-specific Sales Strategy
- Build and develop key relationships with customers
- Provide support/training to key customers
- Participate in national/regional/distributor seafood events

Requirements:
- 5 years of Seafood Sales
- 5 years of Leadership & Management experience
- 4-year College Degree
- Located in Maine, New Hampshire or Massachusetts
