We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference & Banqueting Porter to join our team at The Grand Blackpool Hotel. Located on Blackpool’s famous North Promenade, this central Blackpool hotel boasts 274 bedrooms and is just a short walk from Blackpool Centre.

Your Duties Will Include

• Assisting with function set-ups, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Ensuring refreshments are served promptly and at the times requested.
• Assisting with the general cleaning and upkeep of your working areas.
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Ensuring the delivery of consistent, excellent, and professional customer service at all times.
  
  

The successful candidate will be organised and punctual with excellent communication skills. Shifts may vary depending on business needs- i.e., you may be required to work weekends and evenings.
