Dental Receptionist/light Assisting - Looking for a SUPERSTAR!
We are seeking an enthusiastic team member who is responsible, efficient, a quick learner, has the ability to multi task, excels in patient care and is detail-oriented.
You must possess a good background of dental terminology, be familiar with eagle soft software, the ability to see the whole schedule and how to work patient flow for a dental practice, managing the hygiene schedule is a must, verifying insurance, and collecting copays, and a positive articulate demeanor is a plus. This individual main focus will be building our hygiene flow and will be greeting and dismissing patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments (via phone, email), entering data, assisting financial coordinator, and other administrative work as needed.
