Overview of the Position :
BriteLife Recovery is seeking a dedicated substance use disorder and mental health Admissions Coordinator responsible for ensuring the admission of clients into our programs and facilities. This involves maintaining adherence to appropriate admitting criteria through pre-admission evaluations. The role entails processing essential client information, determining eligibility based on BriteLife Recovery's standards, and coordinating with relevant personnel for transportation, arrangements, and pre-intake requirements. Current position is remote, with ability to travel to on-site visits if needed.
Primary Tasks :
- Handle incoming calls from prospective clients or their families seeking treatment.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Admission Evaluation process.
- Provide Utilization Review with all required documentation for admission support.
- Complete patient charts / EMR with pertinent information.
- Perform essential data entry and computer-based tasks.
- Input relevant patient data into databases.
- Offer administrative support as necessary.
- Coordinate Evaluation and Admission in collaboration with facility staff, Admission Nurses, and Medical Staff.
