Practice Manager

The Practice Manager has accountability for all aspects of the location business operations. The practice manager is responsible for overseeing the patient experience, championing their team through development programs of coaching, mentoring, and performance management, and overall performance of their center.
Essential Functions

Leadership
- Monitor Team performance, provide feedback on successes and opportunities
- Facilitate Morning Huddles
- Update Team on monthly production goals
- Participate in hiring and training new team members
- Mediate conflict between team members and provide progressive discipline up to and including termination of team members when appropriate
- Plan and execute monthly team meetings
- Communicate with Doctor to maintain alignment of team expectations and goal
Patient Experience
- Oversee patient experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, positive reviews, and patient referrals.
- Ensure facility is clean, organized, and ready for patients everyday
Case Acceptance/Practice Productivity
- Facilitate new patient consultations – build rapport, trust, and credibility with potential patients and guide them through Britely consultation process, educate on treatment options and flexible payment options, overcome objections, collect payment, and schedule treatment
- Achieve monthly closed treatment, collections, and production goals
Clinical Operations
- Ensure efficient day to day operation and patient flow
- Responsible for tracking inventory and order clinical supplies
- Coordinates and maintains relationships with general anesthesia partners and other vendors
- Responsible for holding the team accountable for clinical documentation ensuring compliance and completion
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Required Experience
- 3 years of dental office management experience
- In-depth knowledge of implant dentistry and ability to describe procedures in simple language
- Influencing/negotiation skills
- Overcome objections to proposed treatment
- Understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and all dentistry safety guidelines.
- Patient Financing experience preferred (Care Credit, Proceed Finance, Springstone, Fortiva, etc)
- Ability to build and maintain a positive and productive relationship with providers
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
