Overview
A wonderful, active family of four who like to travel are seeking an exceptional, highly seasoned, long-term ROTA nanny/house manager for their household in Denver, Colorado. The two children are 5 and 7 years old. The general schedule will be one week on/off. The work week is Tuesday through Monday from 7am to 6:30pm with a guaranteed 80-hour work week. This is not a live-in position. No fly-in/out. Local candidates are preferred, however, relocation is being offered to the right person.
Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Care and engagement of children
- Encourage creativity and outdoor activity
- Make breakfast, snacks, and light meal prep (reheat) for children
- Driving children to/from school and activities
- Assist with homework
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Admin and Ad Hoc tasks
- Event planning and execution
- Travel coordination including booking accommodations, transportation, and preparing itineraries
- Travel with the family both domestically and internationally
- Schedule repairs and maintenance
- Vendor management – including negotiating contracts and ensuring timely completion of work
- Errand running and other tasks on behalf of the principals
- Pet care
- House sit when principals are out of town

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Pet friendly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Valid passport
- Ability to use Excel, Google Documents, and similar apps
- Must be legal to work in the US
Salary and Benefits
$135k to $150k annual salary plus a health care reimbursement
