Overview

A high-profile family is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Household Assistant to manage various aspects of their daily lives, schedule and household operations. Based out of Miami, FL, the ideal candidate is an organized, kind, and professional individual who can seamlessly integrate into the family’s life, soft-spoken while providing clear, comprehensive support with the utmost professionalism. This role requires the ability to manage complex schedules (including healthcare and family support), coordinate travel, oversee household maintenance, and work closely with the family’s team. 

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Handle and manage the family’s daily and long-term schedules, including appointments, meetings, and personal engagements, with special care for the below: 
    • Healthcare Appointments: Manage and coordinate all medical and dental appointments, ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups. 
    • Family Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the principal’s family and team, ensuring smooth communication and integration with regards to travel and daily routines. 
  • Support on day-to-day operations, including:
    • Errands like groceries, clothing / household items, medicine
    • Support on driving the principals as is needed 
  • Coordination of more complex personal ops: Plan, oversee and execute with care and precision against more complex logistics including: 
    • Travel: Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics. 
    • Events: Assist in planning and organizing events, both personal and professional, ensuring all details are handled with precision. 
  • Household Oversight: Work in collaboration with household staff to oversee the estate and maintenance needs of the property
    • Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, with a ‘no task too small’ mindset 
    • Managing insurance, rental, invoicing requests in collaboration with broader team

Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaking

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably for a high-profile family or individual.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Proficiency in coordinating complex travel arrangements. 
  • Ability to travel frequently and be flexible with work hours. 
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality 
  • As part of this role confidentiality will be key: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, specifically as it related to the principals and their extended family

Salary and Benefits

  • $80-120k, contingent on experience
