Overview
A warm and busy family is seeking a full-time personal assistant/house manager for their estate in LaGrange, GA. The property includes two homes, and the primary responsibility will be to support two principals. You will also provide support for an elderly individual with early-stage dementia who may be forgetful and require thoughtful and kind reminders (no bathing or bathroom support required). This is a fully staffed household with a housekeeper and nanny, so your focus will be solely on personal and household needs. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, totaling 45 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and personable. The start date is immediate.
Responsibilities
- Grocery shopping and managing household inventory
- Running errands
- Home organization
- Overseeing contractors and managing construction projects on the property
- Assisting with calendar management
- Booking travel arrangements
- Managing all aspects of the home
- Meal prep and planning
- Assist with shopping and errands for elderly individual
- Transport to and from personal appointments
- Provide companionship and general support as needed
Qualifications

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of personal assistant experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Non-smoker
- Comfortable working with dogs

Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate is $30-$35 /hr, depending on experience
