Overview
A private and busy Florida based family are seeking a rotational nanny for their young children. When on duty, the schedule will be live-in 24/7, and the 2 weeks off will be live-out so the nanny must have their own local housing. The family will travel domestically and internationally throughout the year and will fly the nanny back to home base on their off time.Responsibilities
Job duties will include care and engagement of their children in developmentally-appropriate activities and outings. Additional duties will include;
- Laundry
- Food preparation
- Keeping the children's belongings and spaces clean and tidy
- Working well on a team with involved parents and additional caregivers
Qualifications
- Experience working a ROTA position in the past
Must be energetic, proactive, and committed to being fully engaged with their kids at all times.
Ability to adapt to all environments and has a get it done attitude.
- A passion for teaching and prompting independence is key for this role.
- Full-time caregiver when parents travel.
