Overview
Our Miami, Florida-based client is seeking an exceptional full-time rotational nanny (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) to join their household and provide comprehensive support for their two young children. When the parents travel without the children, you will take on full-charge, 24-hour care during your rotation. Creating a kind, calm, warm, and nurturing environment with clear and appropriate boundaries is essential to ensuring consistency and stability in the home.
- Must have 5 years of full-time Nanny experience working for UHNW clients and strong employment references that can speak to your experience
- Must be a strong swimmer, a camp counselor type, and have a warm, nurturing energy
- Must be able to help children with homework
- Must have a clean driving record as you will be driving the children to and from school and activities
- Must be willing to travel frequently with the family and be an expert adventurer! This is VIP to success in this role!
- Local Florida-based candidates are preferred but WILL consider out of area candidates
- Compensation: Up to $150k | DOE, plus full benefits including PTO, Healthcare, 401k with match, and bonus potential
- Note: Live-in housing will be provided when you are working; you will need your own housing on your weeks off'
