Overview

An interior design construction office is seeking a full-time office manager to keep their office running smoothly. The schedule is on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8 am-6 pm, on-site, out of the office on the Upper East Side, NYC.  This role is hiring immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinating between departments
  • Overseeing project time-lines
  • Handling client communication
  • Managing financial records.

Requirements

  • Legal to work in the US
  • Minimal travel is expected
  • Driving is not required.
  • Familiarity with office management systems.
  • Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus!
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication
  • Proficiency in office management tools
