The Position:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences at our swim school. Working poolside, you’ll ensure smooth operations, support our swim instructors, and provide a safe and welcoming environment for swimmers and their families.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating personalized and memorable experiences for swimmers and their families.
- Prepare and maintain the pool deck area, ensuring it is safe and organized before and after lessons.
- Monitor water safety by checking chemistry and temperature prior to lessons.
- Welcome and check in students and families, providing a warm and professional greeting.
- Answer customer questions about accounts, student progress, and program details.
- Support swim instructors and managers during swim lessons as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Have a responsible and professional demeanor.
- 1 years of customer service experience preferred and not required.
- Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), preferred and not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay starts at $13-$15 per hour, based on experience and with possible opportunities for bonuses
- Paid training to help you succeed in the role.

- Evening and weekend shifts (5-5.5 hours each), ideal for students or those with other commitments
