I. Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dimensional Inspector Trainee to join our quality control team. As a Dimensional Inspector Trainee, you will learn to inspect and verify the dimensions of various products to ensure they meet customer and industry standards. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to build a career in quality control while developing strong technical skills and knowledge in the Aerospace industry.

II. Responsibilities:

• Learn to measure and inspect products using various precision instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Assist senior inspectors in verifying the dimensions of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Record inspection results accurately, documenting any deviations or non-conformities from specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure products meet internal and external quality standards.
• Participate in continuous training and development to improve inspection techniques and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Support quality control efforts by communicating issues or concerns promptly to supervisors or senior inspectors.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures in the inspection process.

III. Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to consistently delivering quality results.
• Basic understanding of measuring tools and equipment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
• Ability to learn and apply new techniques quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
