This is a position that is scheduled to work 10a -4p, Monday to Friday with the flexibility for an earlier start as needed. The Starting pay is $12 -$13 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position is onsite at our center located: 1108 Peachtree Street, Cocoa FL 32922

The Preschool Teacher Floater works with the classroom Lead Teacher to plan and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

What We Need from You:
• High School Diploma and/or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a diverse environment.
• FL DCF 45 hours required

• CDA for infants and Toddlers highly preferred
• Must clear a full background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience
• VPK endorsement is a plus
