Job Summary and Job Functions
- Act as support staff to the Fabrication Manager
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operating cutting machinery
- Feeding/catching materials during press operation
- Complete multi-shipment kit pack projects
- Operating sewing machine
- Packaging
- Observing print quality to assure customer satisfaction
- Learning and operating forklifts in a safe manner
- Upholding all safety policies and procedures

Requirements
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment, have the ability to multi-task and work independently, and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements
- Keen eye for quality of product
- Ability to work before/after typical hours as work may demand

- Ability to use machinery/mechanically inclined

- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
- Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Standing. Particularly for sustained periods of time.
- Feeling. Perceiving attributes of objects, such as size, shape, temperature or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.
- Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
