- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, targeting a 75% progression rate to the next interview stage.
- Coordinate and schedule at least 15 interviews per week, ensuring a streamlined hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates post-interview to maintain a 90% candidate response rate.
- Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring 100% accuracy in tracking interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and fill positions efficiently, aiming to reduce time-to-hire by 20%.
