About the Job :
Roles & Responsibilities of our Leaders :
- Establish excellent and GENUINE guest relations, ensure guest satisfaction and lead your teams by example
- Care for our team as a family.
- Identify and develop future leaders.
- Respond to any possible guest issue (though rare) in a genuine and timely manner to ensure all guests leave happy.
- Manage and fully understand the backend of our POS system (Micors) with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure the profitability of The restaurant by operating within company budgets.
- Ensure that all daily / weekly restaurant administrative work and workgroup tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Order and maintain dry good inventory.
- Weekly organization & ordering of beer, drafts-bottles.
- Interview- hire- train pizza takeout and delivery staff- schedule staff.
- Maintain cleaning schedule.
- Ensure opening and closing protocols are done correctly.
- Delegating responsibilities.
- Floor presence.
- Event coordinating & planning.
- Expediting.
- Weekly Meetings with General Manager.
