Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive with agency experience to join our growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and driving measurable success across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about client success and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
This position is in-office two days a week and you must live in the Charlotte, NC metro area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Key Client Accounts – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring their marketing objectives are exceeded
Develop & Execute Strategies – Work closely with clients to understand their goals, then craft and implement marketing briefs and strategies that drive results
Oversee Campaigns from Start to Finish – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital advertising, paid media, content marketing, website development, and other campaigns
Analyze & Optimize Performance – Monitor campaign data, report on key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement
Identify Growth Opportunities – Look for ways to expand client accounts by recommending additional services that align with their needs
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Advertising/Marketing, Communications or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing or Account Manager, agency experience required.
· Experience developing and implementing new strategies and programs that successfully achieve business objectives.
· Organized and skilled in project management. Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines.
· Adept at managing projects and deadlines with project management software, such as Teamwork
· Proven ability to effectively leverage marketing budgets.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to network and create strong interpersonal connections with key industry players is a definite plus.
· Fast, creative thinker/problem solver; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Team player.
