Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their representatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful implementation of benefit programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the implementation process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their representatives.
Requirements
- High School Degree or G.E.D; and minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, speak, and write effectively in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
