Job Title: Equipment Supervisor

With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking an Equipment Supervisor in Morocco to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize the preparation of the maintenance plans for equipment and facilities and oversee the implementation by relevant personnel. Ensure the safe use and standardized maintenance of the equipment, conduct annual inspections in a timely manner, and make sure that the company's special equipment complies with national standards.
- Responsible for organizing relevant departments to evaluate the installation projects of each factory, prepare plans, and lead the implementation.
- Responsible for the preparation of departmental training plans, the development of equipment operation training plans, and the organization of relevant personnel training.
- Organize the implementation of the annual energy improvement plan, monitor and improve the electricity, water, and gas consumption of the whole factory, and urge the implementation of the energy improvement plans of all departments in the company. Achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction, and ensure that the energy conservation improvement plan is met.
- Participate in the evaluation, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of newly purchased equipment to ensure its normal operation. Supervise and assist in the preparation of equipment technical agreements, safe operation specifications, maintenance instructions, etc.
- Regularly conduct statistical analysis on data such as equipment failures and effective operation rates, and propose improvement plans.
- Organize the implementation of equipment technological transformation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: At least 5-year working experience in equipment management, design, maintenance, renovation, acceptance inspection in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication, coordination skills and team management skills.
