With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the expense reimbursement and payment documents of the Moroccan companies to ensure that the expenses are reasonable and legitimate.
- Responsible for bookkeeping and preparing statutory financial reports in accordance with Morocco statutory financial reporting requirements.
- Responsible for the tax declaration of Moroccan companies (including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax and other taxes), tax compliance planning, handling and follow-up of tax-related matters, to ensure that the tax risks of Moroccan companies are controllable.
- Maintain communication with the local tax authorities to ensure that the company's accounting treatment and supporting documents comply with Moroccan tax law requirements.
- Combined with customs declaration, sort out and declare import and export related materials to the tax bureau, and handle tax refund if any in timely manner.
- Responsible for the collation, binding and storage of accounting documents of the Moroccan company.
- Supervise the compliance of the company's business, standardize the company's daily business process operation methods, and ensure that the company's business process meets the requirements of local laws and regulations in Morocco
- Submit all reports to group headquarters on time
- Participate in the establishment of SAP and other related system locally
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors.
- Experience: At least 5-year working experience in manufacturing enterprise in financial sector and tax management.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English
Skills:
- Familiar with local accounting standards and tax laws in Morocco.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills.
