What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Developer position at Broadcast Music, Inc?
Builds, tests and maintains applications on the Salesforce platform. Works closely with the Director and Senior Director of Enterprise CRM Services and takes guidance from lead developer and Salesforce technical architect.
LOCATION
Remote (TN). Candidate must reside in the Middle Tennessee area.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Essential Functions: which may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
- Participates in all phases of the Application Lifecycle Management: requirements analysis, development, testing, and implementation. Participates in technical logic and design discussions.
- Participates in the review and analysis of business requirements and technical documentation.
- Works with other development, architecture, and product development teams to ensure delivery of product.
- Assists in the timely completion of assigned development projects.
- Prepares required documentation for developed software.
- Assists in the estimation of time for development projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
Experience: One year of experience with Salesforce Apex development on the Salesforce platform.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
This may be representative but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
- Understanding of object oriented and structured development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge and exposure to Java or C#.
- Understanding and exposure to JQuery, HTML5, JavaScript.
- Relational SQL exposure and understanding of relational database design and concepts.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, SOAP and REST.
- Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication, including a willingness to occasionally work in a pair-programming environment.
- Must possess strong analytical skills.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented and strong attention to detail.
- Good attitude and initiative.
- Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends, when required

Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
SALARY RANGE
The specific base salary offered to a successful applicant will be based on individual qualifications, skills, experience, and education. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. The position may also be eligible for one or more performance-based bonuses.
