broadhead is looking for a strategic, data-driven digital marketer to join our Engage team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you manage the implementation of paid search, retargeting and social campaigns for our clients and analyze performance of those efforts both online and offline. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Essential Functions
Day-to-day work life will include but is not limited to the following:
- Be the internal paid search expert and plan, manage and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum performance.
- Plan and execute display retargeting, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns via Google Ads, utilizing audience targeting and bidding strategies to drive success.
- Collaborate with the social team to refine audience targeting, ad spend and overall effectiveness of paid social programs.
- Leverage digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Embrace and use our proprietary AI tool, Butter, in everyday tasks to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on paid search and social best practices, trends, and platform updates, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the impact of paid media on business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations in client meetings, demonstrating the impact of paid search, paid social and digital media efforts.
- Partner with strategy, media, digital, PR and account teams to ensure integration with overall client strategy and other initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency.
- 2-4 years of agency or client experience in paid search, with digital media and paid social experience as a bonus.
- Strong foundation in Google Ads (campaign setup, bid strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
