Sr. Manager - Business Process
This is an individual contributor role responsible for overseeing and enhancing business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Identify and analyze current business processes to find areas for improvement. Design and implement process enhancements for efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Project Management: Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate process performance. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for process improvement.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful process adoption. Train and support staff on new processes and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Collaborate with senior leadership to align process improvement initiatives with strategic goals.
- Technology Integration: Assess and integrate technology solutions that support business process improvement. Work with IT to ensure that process automation and digital transformation initiatives are successfully implemented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business process management, operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading process improvement projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of ERP systems and other business software applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP is a plus.
