We're hiring for a Print Production Supervisor role for our growing facility in Coppell, Texas.

Summary of duties :
Excellent PC skills. Must possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel including knowledge of pivot tables, advanced formulas, file linking, charts / graphs, etc.)
Must have strong analytical skills to be able to effectively consolidate and report critical information to management.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.
Solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be able to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
Must be detail-oriented and able to review jobs before they are inserted and after to ensure that they meet quality standards.
Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and promote teamwork.
Must be flexible to work various shifts, overtime, including weekends & holidays.
Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast paced and demanding operational environment.
Some travel (trade shows, seminars, equipment manufacturers and other Broadridge facilities) as required.
Necessary Skills / Requirements :
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Management, or a related field). Master’s Degree is a plus and preferred.
- 3-5 years of management experience in a high paced environment. Must have experience managing a departmental budget and prior experience with capacity planning.
