What are the responsibilities and job description for the Printing Production Manager (Bi-lingual) position at Rayzan InfoTech LLC?
The Production Manager will perform tasks such as taking inventory, making supply orders, handling disputes among team members and regularly assessing safety standards in all area for a multi-million-dollar global account(s) for many of the world’s most popular playing Card Games, Trading Card Games, and Board Game brands in the world!
What you’ll do as a Production Manager:
- Formulate, recommend and implement manufacturing policies and programs which maintains and improves the company's competitive edge and the profitability of the operations.
- Direct and coordinate those activities so that products are manufactured to specifications and on schedule, and within quality standards and cost objectives.
- Assure that company objectives are achieved at the lowest cost consistent with quality requirements and company goals.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident- free
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Ensure that all material and supplies are available for each production department's operation.
- Ensure that production meetings occur and participate in other meetings required by management.
- Review operating performance reports on a regular basis with supervisors.
- Responsible for reducing spoiled-work and waste.
- Conduct special projects as requested by management.
We’re looking for a New Production Manager with:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment and 2-year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required.
