We are currently seeking a Vice President, Client Relationship Management Proxy Solutions to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of client-facing professionals who will project manage proxy campaigns and focus on proactive outreach to build relationships with new and existing clients. You will lead all campaign-related activities for defined major accounts and serve as an escalation point for any complex accounts, as necessary. This role is hybrid, allowing for meaningful work-life integration.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and develop a team of client-facing professionals to manage successful proxy campaigns and act as consultative partners to our clients.
- Act as the primary contact for all campaign-related activities for major accounts.
- Participate in campaign planning and strategy. Monitor campaign results and proactively work with the client and data strategy team to adapt the campaign strategy as needed to reach quorum.
- Oversee sales enablement activities including training, proposal assistance, RFPs, and exploratory client conversations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to recommend the best success path for proxy events.
- Define go-to-market strategies and identify new product opportunities.
- Stay informed and responsive to proposed and finalized regulatory changes.
- Serve as an industry thought leader, participating in panels, and enhancing Broadridge’s reputation.
