We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Manager to oversee and manage full turnkey construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires extensive travel to various project sites, ensuring all aspects of construction align with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of construction for full turnkey projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.

Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure projects meet safety, quality, timeline, and cost objectives.

Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to schedules.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety protocols are followed, and address any issues or delays.

Collaborate with project owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain open communication.

Prepare and present progress reports, cost tracking, and schedule updates to stakeholders.

Develop and implement effective strategies for risk management, resource allocation, and schedule optimization.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Maintain detailed records of project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders. Travel Scope :

This role requires extensive travel, primarily focused on projects in Texas, Washington, Montana, and Idaho . Candidates must be willing and able to travel and remain on-site for the duration of projects. Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with turnkey projects.

Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel extensively and work on-site for the duration of projects.

Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various locations. Key Competencies :
