Job Description :
As a BCBA at one of our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility you will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. This role will also oversee programming of associate behavior analysts and provide ongoing support and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as it relates to the implementation and documentation of Behavior Support Plans.

Job Type : This is a full-time position working onsite (this is not a remote position). This role is located onsite in Kingstree, SC.
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, with rotating administrative on-call availability.
Job Duties :
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team ensuring continuity of care and clinical services.Provide ongoing assessment and observation of individuals served and create clinically appropriate Behavioral Intervention Plans based on the outcome of assessments conducted.Ensure that all direct care staff are trained and knowledgeable about individual behavior plans.Assess baseline data, identify patterns, set goals, and monitor progress for an average caseload of 10-13 children with RBT support.Create and monitor implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans in accordance with BACB, Broadstep Behavioral Health, and company standards.Provide ongoing support and training to RBTs concerning individual Behavior Plans, levels of clinical supervision required, and additional clinical interventions / services required.Provide crisis intervention to individuals served.Ensure that all applicable local, state, federal, and licensing regulations, and internal policies are followed.Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure completion of individual treatment plans.Implement policy and procedures across the healthcare facility.Complete timely and accurate documentation of individual visits.Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of RBTs, person centered strategies, and DSP trainers.Assist in the development, facilitation, and follow-up training in Applied Behavior Analysis, using both discrete trial training and natural environment training models of teaching.Facilitate and assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for clients and their familiesProvide model teaching and other direct instructional supports including, but not limited to, practicum supervision / teaching, class instruction and in-service instruction to other support professionals.Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and to develop appropriate behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors.Ongoing training and supervision of paraprofessional staff in implementation of ABA principles and methodology and behavior reduction strategies.Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming.Meet as needed with supervised staff to discuss ongoing issues and to provide support when necessary.Provide consultation services and to maintain ongoing communication with all constituents (other supports,parents, community, and regulatory agencies).Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources. In addition, continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements :
Possess a Masters' degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology from an accredited institutionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredExperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesProficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plansKnowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniquesFamiliarity with special education laws and regulationsStrong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminologyMust be certified in Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) prior to directly working with children.Physical Requirements :
