A veterinary call center representative is an essential part of Broadview Animal Hospital of Rochester’s team. We pride ourselves in providing Quality Care with Compassion. Our call center representatives do not have any interaction with clients (face-to-face) or patients. However, our call center team sets clear expectations about our hospital through client education via phone, email, and text. Creating a positive experience and communicating with clients, doctors, and the hospital support team is extremely important to our success.
Broadview Animal Hospital of Dover, Milton, and Rochester are AAHA accredited, and privately owned and operated by compassionate family-minded doctors. We provide full-service small animal general medicine, surgery, orthopedic, theriogenology for canines, behavioral, and urgent care services. - Educate and set clear expectations for clients with Broadview Animal Hospital’s policies and procedures
- Schedule appointments

Qualifications to be considered for a Call Center Representative
