What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bank Operator position at Broadway Bank?
Work Days: Monday - Friday| Hours of Operation: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Purpose of the Position:
This position handles in-coming operator calls to Broadway Bank main line, directs calls to various areas in the bank, and performs other duties for the Customer Service Center.
Key Accountabilities:
- Receives all in-coming bank calls for the bank and distributes accordingly.
- Remains alert to security situations and communicates with police officers when needed by bank personnel.
- Updates branch employee lists and phone extensions for the department.
- Train new personnel for Operator back-up support.
- Assists Manager, Supervisor, and staff with various tasks, projects, typing etc.
- Additional duties may include orders and maintains department and break room supplies, receives delivery of supplies and verifies billing invoices.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.*
- Performs other duties as assigned
Competencies and Skills:
- Keyboard 35 wpm accurately and computer proficiency
- Preferred: Platform Software, Microsoft Office Suite ACD Applications, and 10 key
Work Experience Requirements:
- Required:
- 6 months of operator experience
- 6 months customer contact
- Preferred:
- 1 year of Operator experience
- 1 year customer contact
Education Requirements:
- High School diplomas or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Able to lift 10 to 20 lbs
