Job Title: Associate Director of Worship Technology
Location: Broadway Christian Church
Position: Part-Time, 4-6 Hours per Week
Compensation: $23-$26 per hour

Broadway Christian Church is seeking a skilled and reliable Associate Director of Technology to support the technology needs for our worship services and rehearsals. This position will primarily focus on the operational aspects of Wednesday evening rehearsals and Sunday worship production, working closely with the Director of Technology to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Wednesday Evening:
- Assist with Abide Rehearsal from 6:15-7:15 pm and Rise Rehearsal from 7:15-8:15 pm.
- Ensure proper sound levels for vocalists and instrumentalists.
- Set up and manage audio, video, and presentation needs during rehearsals.
- Help finalize and manage projection slides for Sunday services, ensuring song/hymn lyrics are in the correct order.
- Assist with camera shots and transitions during rehearsals, planning for Sunday services.
- Provide feedback and support to volunteers for smooth operation during rehearsals.
Sunday Production:
- Assist with the setup and operation of technology during Sunday morning services, including sound, video, and presentation.
- Ensure the smooth execution of live streaming for the service.
- Help monitor and manage sound levels, ensuring clarity and balance throughout the service.
- Assist in overseeing the proper functioning of multimedia equipment during worship, ensuring seamless transitions between slides and camera shots.
- Provide technical support during services, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Technology to manage and oversee the operation of technology during special events and services, as needed.
- Assist with the training and coordination of volunteers who support technology during Wednesday rehearsals and Sunday services.
Qualifications:
- Experience with audio, video, and presentation technology, preferably in a church or worship setting.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and presentation software (ProPresenter, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and volunteers.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in live production settings.
- A heart for ministry and a desire to contribute to the worship experience through technology.
