Such businesses include Tech, Restaurant, Super Market, Facility Maintenance, Retail, Specialty and more.
- Oversee daily activities and ensure that operations run smoothly, efficiently and according to company standards
- Accept and enter all new works order that get sent from client
- Assist in work order distribution to Operations Coordinators
- Review, validate, and submit the team’s customer proposals in a vetted and consistent fashion
- Produce and distribute detailed reporting and instruction to facilitate the completion of jobs per client expectations
- Correspond with clients daily/weekly to ensure expectations are met
- Ensure workflows are followed correctly, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues/escalations, working with management to resolve problems to improve job flow
- Implement solutions with management to improve processes and increase productivity
- Partner with management to lead, train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support
- Ensure team is on schedule and produce outflow of work timely
- Develop and strengthen the trust and relationship with team members
- Bachelors degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Demonstrate customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette a must
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, organized & detail oriented
- National retail & facility maintenance experience preferred
- Experience working with & managing sub-contractors
