Business Job Title: Assistant Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary: The Assistant Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst will partner with the Supply Chain & Logistics teams, by analyzing data & business insights, while focusing on data visualization & actionable recommendations. This role will also play a large part in the ongoing continuous improvement initiatives focused on process development and business simplification.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with creation and maintenance of visual data dashboards, define data logic, & key performance indicators.
• Assist with measurement systems for data capture and reporting, utilizing programs such as PowerBI & Business Objects
• Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements through automation/visualization and other tools.
• Creation of PowerBI dashboards and reports that will be utilized by teams to drive improvement and project completion.
• Automation of recurring metrics and dashboards utilizing data visualization (PowerBI) through data updates from Snowflake, SQL server databases, etc.
• • DBR, MBR, QBR and Performance reviews (KPIs etc.)
• Build a body of knowledge that encompasses supply chain, logistics, and strategy performance.
• Collaborate with key internal customers and counterparts in supply planning, marketing, sales, physical logistics, accounting, and other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent (completed). Bachelor’s degree or previous college coursework preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Aptitude and willingness with learning new systems and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
