Supply Chain Business Analyst

Join our dynamic team at Quad, where we are committed to enhancing efficiencies through data analytics, technology changes, and continuous improvement techniques. We are looking for a detail-oriented self-starter to support our Supply Chain teams across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a suite of Tableau dashboards across Supply Chain departments.
• Actively contribute in a small-team environment by participating in business process discussions.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver tangible results.
• Gain an understanding of business operations and processes to create design documentation for development.
• Translate and simplify requirements for process changes and IT development.
• Provide detailed, thorough, and accurate analysis for strategic planning.
• Perform system beta testing and provide feedback to the team.
• Prepare business area leadership and end users for changes resulting from business process improvements and rollout business software tools.
• Create end-user help documentation.
• Plan and monitor implemented solutions.
• Provide 1st level support for application problems and resolve or escalate as required.
  
  

Education

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Operations Management, or Business Major is preferred.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
  
  

Experience

• 1 year(s) of Tableau or Power BI development experience required.
• SQL and RPA development experience preferred.
