Your Role on Our Team
The Replenishment Planner role is responsible for working with cross functional partners in distribution and planning to develop an execution plan that facilitates the movement of inventory within our network to meet customer needs while helping to balance inventory levels relative to demand, building capacity, and other DC resources. A high degree of attention to detail and self-direction is required to be successful in this role, with demonstrable experience with process improvement (internal and cross-functional).
You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
- Own the short-term planning and executing of distribution replenishment planning activities.
- Place/manage orders to help balance supply in our distribution network.
- Manage adjustments to plans as necessary, including shortages/overages, rebalancing inventory plans, and other exception management style activities within the ERP system.
- Inventory planning and strategy development, such as building level safety stocks, replenishment strategies, etc.
- Collaboration with other supply chain groups to facilitate management of risks.
- Maintain metrics/scorecards on KPI's, including service level, building level inventory targets, and E&O inventory.
- Working with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to improving planning and process for better outcomes.
- Other Duties as assigned.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related Technical field preferred
- 2 years of Supply Chain or related experience preferred
- Understanding of ERP or WMS
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP)
- Six Sigma/Lean Training
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
